Something didn't work in a room, or you're not sure how to set up a quiz, sticky notes or the files. Tell us what you expected and what happened.
- Plans and billing
Which plan fits your team, what each one includes, invoices and VAT.
- Privacy and your data
To see, correct, export or delete your account data, write from the email you sign in with. If you took part in a room, the organiser who ran it decides about that data, so ask them first. If you write to us instead, we pass your request on and help them answer.
- Report a room's content
If a room shows something illegal or hurtful, send us its code and what you saw.
- Partnerships and press
Training companies, schools, tools that could work with limequiz, or a story you're writing.
What to include
- The room code, if it's about a room: the code on the big screen, like K7M4.
- The email of your limequiz account, if it's about your account or plan.
- A screenshot, if you have one.
Need our legal details? We give our tax ID (NIF) and postal address to anyone who asks at the same address.
